I have had this product for about a month.
THE GOOD:
The LCD screen is bright and nice and has a good quality of video to look at.
The keyboard is nice to type on and the keyboard colors are customizable.
Very easy to play songs using the keyboard while you are in a game.
With some software updates it is almost like having a second monitor.
THE BAD:
Around the same price you can get a 9" Touchscreen USB monitor from MIMO and that uses up no extra plug.
The software if I want to go on youtube I do not want to watch the videos they are offering me.
Using a plug I know there had to be a way around this. The screen is the locked position.
If the screen goes out or the keyboard stops typing you are out of two things instead of one when you send it out.
OVERALL:
It is a good concept and is working well but they need more product support this is good for gaming but not for the premium price. I would much rather have a usb monitor that I could put anything on then to rely on these tiny one for the extra cost. Get more detail about Logitech G19 Gaming Keyboard.
